Branch Relation Executive – State Bank of India : Cards and Payments
Job Description:
BRE is responsible for the sales and development of the credit/debit/gift cards of SBI in the allocated region/market as per the bank’s guidelines. Duties and responsibilities includes the following.
- Direct interaction with the walk in customers of the bank to introduce the cards and explain the product to them.
- Follow up on leads as provided by the bank and other associates.
- Attend team meetings and briefings with superiors and other team members.
- Follow up the allocated target and work towards achieving the same on or before the stipulated time period.
- Ensure that all Sales/MIS reports are prepared and shared with the team as per the guidelines.
- Ensure that the documentation processes of the clients’ accounts are accurately completed on time, with utmost care and diligence.
- Work as a team player in order to achieve the individual and group targets.
- Participate in other branch visits to ensure the smooth flow of operations and revenue generation.
- Provide output / suggestions to the team mates and superiors that may improve the work quality in general.
- Reach out to other branches and areas, if required, as per the instructions from the superiors.
- Provide quality Customer service to all SBI Clients and Customers

Salary : Up to Rs 23,500 per month (CTC)+ Incentives + Other perks and benefits
